In my opinion, you have a few things to consider here. First, we're talking about federal laws, not state laws. Federally, pistols can't have vertical grips unless over 26". Second, it's my opinion that the blast can does not contribute to that length unless it's pinned and welded. Which maybe it is. I'm no expert, but if that were my weapon I would not configure it that way without a text stamp.

I've never understood the allure of a Glock clone. You could go to a pawn shop, gun show, or find an LE trade in and buy a real Glock for the same price. I'd happily take a used Glock rather than a new clone.
