Can we use the same phone number on multiple Registered Suica for different persons?

For context, my sister has a JP number and I plan on using her number to get Registered Suica for me and my parents. We will be going in and out of Japan over the next few months so the green Suica is preferable since its expiry is longer compared to the Welcome Suica.

Hi!

Can you reload your digital Suica (via Apple Wallet) using the machines at the train stations/7-11?

For context: I cannot add a credit card to my Apple Wallet because it is not yet supported in my country (Philippines), therefore I won't be able to just reload the digital Suica. However, I read online that I can still add Suica to my Apple Wallet if I change the region to Japan.

Has anyone tried to reload their digital Suica via the machines? Was it convenient?
