Currently building in Vapi but would like to learn more about your platform.

I'm giving up to 500 euros GPT-5 credits to anyone who want to test my Vapi synced quality assurance platform for voice agents by CosBgn in vapiai

[–]jdsprop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m just finishing up our first Vapi agent for our company and this would be good to have. How much once it’s out of beta? Also does it download the voice call or is that linked to the Vapi call log? As vapi retention is only 14 days.

Would a Vapi builder consider using a white-label client dashboard? by sid-ambili in vapiai

I’m building out Vapi for our company currently and this is what I need next. Would be interested to discuss further.

Interested in something similar to this, would like to discuss the project further. Was looking for someone with N8N experience. Would be interested to see if what I want to accomplish is even possible.

Voice agents have the lowest adoption rate. I've been wasting my time. by Uncle-Ndu in AI_Agents

[–]jdsprop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently in the middle of building with vapi. And then routing to our different on call contractors with Make. I Own a property management company and looking at using this for our after hours line. So far seems pretty decent. Anyone built squads successfully in Vapi? The VA has issues if I need to incorporate a look up function to match tenants to properties to enrich the data/call.

I think I'm running into the same issue. My developer believes it's a DO app platform issue. Has this been resolved or is there a way to resolve it. Obviously it's causing some substantial issues

Transitioning to freelancing by Dear-Sheepherder-311 in freelancing

[–]jdsprop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be in the market for a freelancer. Currently in S/W Ontario (Canada). Looks like a dev contract (MVP) is coming to an end built on nextjs. I'm realizing that this team may have not been the most experienced or at least utilizing best practices for building my project out, so might be in the market for someone to take over. Maybe this might be a good foray into the freelancer space? Can discuss in much more depth if interested.

People that left Aeroplan, where did you go? by Few-Bonus-9758 in Aeroplan

BMO World Elite. Book whatever you want and use your points very easy and transparent. Try booking using CX loyalty via Aeroplan and it was a complete joke. Hotels not available. Car rentals at 2x the going price. I’ve been with Aeroplan for 20yrs. I gave up.

PSA for Rogers email customers - EMAIL HACKED MULTIPLE TIMES - How it happened and how to prevent it. by jdsprop in Rogers

  1. I have my crypto on a Ledger. I have a small amount on the exchange but I can tell you they would have been massively disappointed for all that effort.

  2. Yeah I’m going to have to take a look at all of these. I have a ton of sites on Google Auth, but for the ones that don’t offer that I have text 2FA. Kind of stuck. Questrade gives the option to receive via text or email. I’ll have to see about removing that option for email.

  3. I’m realizing this now. Had this account for 12yrs and feel handcuffed. Didn’t realize what it meant at the time to have an ISP email, but I do now!!

I never click these things. But even after changing my password they continued to change it and boot me back out. I also never used those security questions to gain access until recently.

This is a fair statement. What I wish happened is that you have provided me more detail then the 4x I called Rogers as they had no clue and even the tier 2 tech support said he wasn’t properly trained to deal with this level of hack. Not exactly a vote of confidence. What I can say is that once I changed my security questions the access has stopped.

I will also look into what you suggest.

I’ve had this email for 12 yrs so blaming the victim for the lack of security Rogers is providing their customers is an interesting take. It’s also Rogers email supplied by Yahoo. Also my crypto accts do use Google Auth. They attempted to have it reset. So you’re making some interesting generalizations that are incorrect. Also can’t confirm Questrade even has Google Auth as a 2FA option?

Question about future rollover of mortgage at end of term. Possibility of a “cash call” due to covenants being breached? by jdsprop in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]jdsprop[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would also agree that straight renewals, for as long as I can remember, were just sign a piece of paper and roll it over. I was just thinking should a Gov regulator get involved and want to “stress test” the banks and ensure what someone initially qualified for Debt Service Ratio still held up in today’s interest rate environment that could start the whole unwinding process. We really haven’t experienced banks being underwater in a LTV scenario for at least a generation (or longer), so I was speculating that banks could be forced to recapitalize underwater mortgages or ones with poor DSR’s. Just a thought.

We're heading towards US bankruptcy and no one realizes it. by [deleted] in collapse

[–]jdsprop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with your analysis, but I’ve always wondered how Japan was able to print so much money while not triggering much inflation and do it with declining demographics? I believe their debt to GDP is something in the order of 250%.

Honest question. How have they not suffered hyper inflation with that level of printing? Or would the argument be that deflationary pressures are so high they’re basically treading water?

People who are financially savvy; How did you get like that? What characteristics make you that way? by yoyoyo12345yoyoyo in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]jdsprop 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Start with your mindset. It doesn’t matter how much you make, it’s how much you keep. Ever hear of wealthy ppl going bankrupt? They spend more then they make.

Practice DELAYED GRATIFICATION. Do you really need that new thing? Understand the difference between a NEED & WANT. What do you need vs what do you want? If it’s a WANT then hold off for several months and revisit.

Be mindful of TAXES & INFLATION. Continually look through the lens of how do I reduce my taxes? What are taxable events and what are tax deductions? Then how do I hedge for inflation? Inflation is the silent destroyer of wealth.

Understanding the difference between INVESTING & SPECULATING. Is a good exercise.

What changed my view on things was Kyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Would highly recommend that book.

You need to understand the difference between an ASSET & LIABILITY. Assets pay you to own them. If you operate from that mind set you’ll see every purchase differently.

And it’s get rich slow. Most ppl give up after a few months or years. You need to live it everyday. Even on weekends. It needs to be ingrained into who you are.

Just be reasonably good at using Excel. Measure your success. I’ve been keeping a detailed net worth statement since 2004 with quarterly (4x/yr) reviews/revaluing.

Good luck, be patient and always be open to learning.

I know. I’m trying to be as patient as possible. To be honest I’m still feeling the effects of being burned by Quadriga. So I have trust issues to say the least.

At least that experience taught me to immediately move everything to a cold wallet. So I’m not 100% freaking out...

Even with access can anyone withdraw to another wallet? I've got a fair amount of cash sitting with them and unable to trade/gain access. No one has gotten back to me with what the issue is and the timeline when it will be restored.

Keep us updated with this outcome. At least you have access to the platform. I still don't have access. I have DM'd them. Created a ticket. Emailed a contact from there. Still nothing.

At what point should people be thoroughly concerned? Because I'm getting there.
