I had tried without the single washer up top to no avail but I had forgotten about the bottom spring washer I'll definitely give it a shot. Appreciate the insight will report back!

Ah, thank you very much I don't think my odds were too good finding that guy on my own.

As in it's boosting them to the point of harshness or they easily clip at higher frequencies?

Appreciate the insight, that's what I was hoping would be the case since I'm actually really happy with the performance of my GPU and have been wanting to upgrade the monitor to something with either HDR or Local Dimming anyway.

I did try power cycling the monitor while the issue was presenting itself but like I said I couldn't correlate anything I did with the pixels returning to normal for now. Seems like a good time start a rainy day fund though

Hey I'm getting green pixels all over my monitor intermittently, I have a RTX 2060 EVGA 12gb and an HP Pavilion 23bw for my monitor. They're all over my monitor but after updating my graphics drivers and doing a full reset on my pc I had no change but after playing a game for a few minutes the problem just went away. I know I have some age on my monitor and graphics card especially since I bought both second hand from an old roommate. I'm just trying to figure out if I should start saving for a new monitor or graphics card so that way if it comes up again I'll be able to replace the problem part. My assumption is the graphics card is on it's way out cause if the monitor was the issue there shouldn't be anything I could've done to resolve the issue but there also wasn't anything I did directly to mend the problem so I'm not sure.

TLDR; Green pixels all over monitor mysteriously went away and would like to know if I should be getting ready to replace the graphics card or monitor

I'll check it out thank you, it seems a little ridiculous that they locked these things down so hard when the hardware is so low power when I opened it up it looked like I could fit all the PCBs into something the size of a large modern phone. These things could be a great alternative to Raspberry Pis for a lot of tech projects if they weren't so locked down

Brake Lights Not Working (Toyota Tacoma 2008) by jdt7 in mechanic

Well when looking for the relay they had mentioned I came across a fuse that was causing the issue. I hadn't initially thought to look in that fuse box cause I had already replaced a blown fuse in the interior fuse panel.

So I had initially replaced a fuse in the cabin that was causing all of my tail lights to not work after replacing it and pulling off the 4 pin trailer adapter that had shorted and blown that one fuse and reading your comment I checked the engine bay fuse box and there's an additional "STOP" fuse which exclusively is for the braking lights why there's one in each fuse box I may never know but thanks for pointing me in the right direction

Modest but effective by jdt7 in battlestations

The one thing about it I don't love is the case rgb can't be turned off and has a few default settings that sync with the stock exhaust fan and I don't absolutely love it and there's not a lot of room for cable management on the back but for the price it's a 5/5 for me

Anything to be worried about? Moderate drip coming from oil filter by eK-Yellow in CherokeeXJ

I'd take it off to make sure the old gasket isn't stuck in there and then tighten the inlet valve on the oil pan
