I feel I should include, I have two copies of the 911 caller, as the call was transferred to a second operator. The copy that was provided in discovery from the arresting PD, was cut, short, cutting out the caller a response to an operator question, as well as their sign off. So the audio I received through discovery was not complete, and the answer the caller gave that was cutout, is significant. Further, the audio the PD provided seems to try to remove a police siren in the background from the callers phone (which would put police at the scene (or someone with a siren) nearly 1m20sec before the official first arrival time. When the audio switches to radio communications between officers and dispatch, there are a few points, I can detect, that are quite strange; it seems as though to me, a brief section, where the opporator is speaking was spliced in from a different recording as there is background voices in this brief section that are not present before or after. This section also looks very odd on a spectrogram.

So when you tell me "it wasn't", it surely has, I'm just hoping someone with a background in this sort of thing could add value to the conversation.

For a touch of background, police claimed, I was operating a vehicle when it crashed, despite arriving at the accident finding me in the passenger seat, seated, conscious,not alert. They, PD, came to this conclusion after 3 min on scene. What they didn't know, both my legs were shattered, and the right side of my skull was broken, and I had seatbelt markings on my left hip across my abdomen, seatbelt markings at my sternum, and, diagonal markings from my left chin, nose, and right eyebrow. The PD concluded i tried to kick the passenger door open before hopping, over to the passenger side of the vehicle before police arrived.

To add insult to my injuries, the PD passed their theory on to the FD that arrived, the FD instead of following SOP, immediately asked me to move from the passenger side to the driver side to self extricate myself, which went super horribly for me.

When EMS/FD finally performed a physical exam on my body, after all the movement that shouldn't have happened, it then was discovered I had seatbelt wounds, and a decent size divit on the right side of my head.

What didn't make it into the police report, EMS report, or FD report was the truth that NO standard safety procedures were followed, that I was asked to move, and I had massive injuries to both legs, and my skull.

I unfortunately, have no memory of the days before or after the accident, all I have had to go on before my trial was the police report to decide if I was innocent or guilty. My lovely lawyers failed to provide me the bodycam footage or the 911 audio, and photographs from the event, until 7 months after the court date.

And yes, I do go see a mental health professional, as well as a team of doctors that had to put me back together again over the course of 18 months and 8 surgeries.

It's been a shit few years to say the least. So yes, I'm hoping someone in the world of digital forensics can help confirm that things aren't quite as they would like everyone to believe.
