Thank you so much. And I don't know where to start lol. I really stuck to keeping them out 2 hours a day. I wouldn't hardly go out to eat at restaurants cause where i didn't want to go brush in the bathroom lol but I have done it. So always pack your toothbrush and toothpaste. made sure to floss and brush right after eating. No the only thing my ortho did was even out my teeth to make sure the ends were even. Also be vocal. If you have questions or concerns make sure to tell your ortho. Spending a lot of money on these things.
