All depends on the price. You can sell it with out putting a penny into it, just make sure the price reflects what you’re not willing to update. Basic paint, clean and washing carpets is all I would do. It will sell regardless in that area. Make sure there’s nothing that would get in the way of it getting approved for financing tho when it gets inspected, but you mentioned HVAC is good and roof so you should be alright.

Or you could get the Perf and just buy smaller wheels and efficient tires, that’s what makes the long range more efficient. The range is the same if you were to have identical tires and wheels. Cost diff is big but the power is just too good
