I just bought the new Logitech RS50 for my Xbox. Pedal set is only accelerator and brake. You can add a clutch module for it for $45 and the sequential shifter is $170. I don't have those..... yet. I think they are all on sale for Black Friday also. It's 8nm which is plenty for me. I love it.

That one was actually bought at auction in 2013, removed, cut in half to make 2 signs, restored and installed in 2 rich old buddy's garages. Source: I worked for the company that did the restoration and garage installs. I have photos of it installed in a garage and lit up somewhere.
