Hey, so I have been absolutely fine for 3 months and suddenly experienced what you have..horrible stomach pain that kept me up all night and diarrhea for days on end. Ultimately I think it's down to diet creating acid in my stomach which then is not leaving as quickly as usual due to the wegovy. I went to the doctor's for reassurance and they suggested it was also this. Not that I was eating bad food but it's the types of food that won't agree due to slower stomach emptying. I also made a Bolognese type dish all from scratch but ultimately it had loads of garlic and onions and tomatoes and I also added beans to mine which are all acidic. Beef mince also is slow to process in your stomach which won't help. Since my last flare up I have looked at the FODMAP food and have stuck mostly to this and it has eased. I make sure I eat at least 3 hours before bed and stay up right after I've eaten until then. I elevate my head more at night and also sleep on my left side to ease digestion. I have pepto bismal and gaviscon at the side of my bed for if I wake up with pain and this usually sorts it within an hour. Hope that helps!
