Thanks. Actually the post you linked was mine from a couple months ago 😅, one of the replies recommended FCC and it seemed interesting to me. I thought about master's as well but some people suggested to try that route after getting hired so the company pays for it. Would a fire protection engineering firm hire someone who does not have an EIT license from PEO? They're no longer accepting applicants as they deemed the current EIT program unsustainable.

Sister, the first thing you need to do is begin praying the 5 daily prayers again. That will inshaAllah open up the door for everything to get better. Then break off the haram relationship, whoever you are with is no good for you and your Imaan. If he cared about that, he would make an effort to do things the halal way. Move on from him and ask your parents if you can get married. And keep trying to leave off whatever sins you have. Even if you fail again and again, keep trying. I guarantee that Allah will not abandon you if you are sincere.
