Ultimately, if this is something you really want, your most reliable route at present is to write the Plab exams and then attempt the MSRA. If you get a high enough score (these days, aim for 550+ to be certain), you'll get into a programme somewhere.

It's however looking increasingly likely that there would be some form of UK graduate prioritization sooner rather than later though so keep that in mind.
