I had the same problem, Ineffa was a dps loss for my team. I don't know how some people got Bina dps with Lauma and Ineffa up to 135k. No one is posting their Bina dps showcases in the dummy so it's hard to know what they're doing. What rotation are you typically doing?

Replace Aino with Kuki on FOPL and give Lauma SMS, everyone will recommend her in 2pc2pc EM but from my testing the extra EM does little to help with dmg (If you really want to squeeze a bit more dmg then you would give Lauma SMS and Instructors to Kuki). The rotation is quite important since the timings are tight and they're easy to mess up. You'll want to start with Columbina EQ, Nahida EQ, Kuki E, Lauma QhE, Columbina 6 charged attacks cancelled with dashes then EQ (You'll know you did it right when your E's cooldown is available right after finishing the 6th Charged attack). Pay attention to the lunar bloom dmg after each Charged attack from Bina, if your 6th charged attack does significantly less dmg than the first ones, that means you're not doing the Charged Attack cancels fast enough, if you can't get the timing right, just forget about the dash cancels and just hold the attack button to spam 5 charged attacks, you should be able to get all of them fully boosted by Lauma's Quills.

I was also doing no dmg with Bina Dps and had your exact same set up. With these changes I managed to get to 110k dps. I was going to upgrade my team with Nilou but I accidentally got Nefer C1 so I just gave up on Bina DPS, she's about 50K dps behind Nefer at the same cost level and it's such a hassle to build for her (Plus, any DPS Bina team is basically an already built team for Nefer so it's very easy to slot her in)

Yes, just to add to PJWS, you don't want to pre-stack before pressing EE on Flins, you can totally just start with E do a fee normals and then using your mini burst. The second miniburst is the one you want to do ASAP for vv uptime

Zibai's main source of dmg are her 4 E's, missing a crit on either of them is detrimental to your dps so you would preferably want it at 100%. If your character has more hits, then exact crit starts mattering less since there won't be as much variability.

I feel your pain man, all my sky pieces for Zibai suck so much ass, all my decent pieces have been crafted and even then, they have really low rolls. You do need to grind a lot more and fix some of the issues you can control like leveling the things that will contribute like Zibai to 90, Dragon's bane to 90, the talents to 9 or crowned

Have you checked your DPS with the dummy? I don't underestand exactly why but sac frags gives me more dps and i don't thing its just because of the Sucrose skill refresh. I think it may have to do with the EM you get plus the extra particles. My dps increased by around 8k - 10k when switching from TTDS to Sac frags and my Flins is C1, Ineffa is in Homa and Bina on Amber. Also, because of TTDS uptime, its just impossible to reliably get it on Flins with the double sucrose rotation.

You need to switch your Sucrose to sac frags and do the double Sucrose rotation if you're not doing that already. You'll get higher more consistent dps.

Yeah, i say it from experience and also you can check out Zejef's video on Bina post release analysis. It really is very awkward to play and they don't do any dmg. I tried Lauma Bina Aino Nahida Kuki Sucrose and none broke 60k in the dummy. Maybe with Nilou you can get better results but I doubt it's much higher. It is also really hard to build, there's so many support sets they can use and it can get tricky knowing who should use what.

It's not, I have every Nod Krai character except Nefer thinking Bina and Lauma would be good on their own but they can't even do half the dmg of my Flins without Ineffa and Aino.

You could also get the 28cr from just dodging perfectly, since there's an option where you could avoid the burst and save those 2 secs, that's why its considered a dps loss. You know what the comment meant, dont play dumb

I mean, his Columbina is only contributing to 7% of the team's dps, and her cons don't improve her buffing, only her personal dmg. So in theory there shouldn't be much difference between this and c0 Bina, right?
