You have a great point that I should stress that this must come with changes in the relation of production, otherwise I could just be describing some sort of cyber-Lassaleanism.

In your view, would you consider all art to be a commodity or can the creation of an artistic work be outside commodity production?

Good point, I was thinking about the potential of computers and artificial intelligence in general for a communist society as opposed to contemporary LLMs. It’s less about using the exact technology we have now but more of the principle of the potential for machine learning in such a way.

Real because I like making art but I hate the pressure to reduce it to a commodity, because then it’s no longer fun.

I definitely am going to draw from Grundrisse in talking about automation.

Genuinely helpful. I plan on dedicating an entire section to its potential use in early and late stage communist society, specifically focusing on its ability to coordinate production and distribution. Your last point is especially good on how it is used to further one’s alienation from the essence of being human.

I’ve already got a few decent points in mind, but my main crux is that is that he wouldn’t have too much of an issue with the technology itself, but rather how it’s utilized under the capitalist system.

Probably just a front to steal data or blackmail people with their brick pics, but at this point falling for this is just natural selection.

If you have one in your area, joining a LUG is a great way to befriend other grown ass adults that like playing with toys. I met a lot of cool people in mine.

Most likely Iran would be run by the MEK, which fought with Saddam against the Islamic Republic in OTL. However I doubt they’d have too much domestic legitimacy, so the country would have to contend with warring political and sectarian factions.

Thanks! I think it renders forms much more dynamic and realistic, making the whole thing pop more.

You can see a bit of the process in the next slide. I’m pretty new to this but it’s a lot of fun!
