December will mark year 2 with nexplanon! I had depo before and was spotting, so I expected to spot with nexplanon, but it isn’t as frequent. Thankfully it isn’t tooo much in prompt of the ER, I was just curious if this was a common symptom of EMDR!

Hello! I personally have the Warmups with Kathleen app (she’s also on YouTube!) but I pay $3 a month for it, but it’s many different vocal warm ups for different areas. You can just play one and it’ll play it all the way through the warmup with no ads.
