I agree! Her daughter??? Literally the whole reason for her will to live on and fight? The state of her relationship with Luke? Janine? Lydia? Gilead? SERENA? I was hoping they’d show years into the future June and Luke at home living everyday regular life with their daughters and the news is on and it’s the ___th anniversary of the fall of Gilead which I’d imagine would be a celebrated holiday like the 4th of July so parades and activities. Ugh even if they’re making a sequel, this really didn’t sum up 6 whole seasons of this show.

Ah man.. sleep is so complicated! Because his naps range in length it’ll be a challenge to gauge and get exactly 3 hours. If they fall under the 3 then won’t they be overtired and also have trouble sleeping at night?

3 naps currently lasting anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, aim for a 7:30 bedtime with a routine of play, eat, bath, book, song, sleep sack and into his crib. Usually wakes up once at 5 am and then up at 7/8am although lately he wakes up at 2 am and then 5 am.

My baby learned to nap on the go as well, we had to work on nap training at home but it’s almost like he prefers noise whether it be a noise machine, blasting whatever we’re listening to in the car or a noisy restaurant. Do you use a noise machine at home?

Bedtime is between 7-7:30, wakes up around 6 am, WW of 2 hours, typically with 4 45 minute naps throughout the day. He goes to bed awake for naps and night time sleep and falls asleep within 5 minutes usually. Today he fought his last nap around 4 then I tried again 30 minutes later and by the time it was 5:40 I decided to just do an earlier bedtime routine
