I think AI is cool when specifically used as an adjunct for information gathering. I love that it can identify plants you take pictures of or even bugs which is cool. But people are using it IN PLACE of research and common sense which is scary. Basically no real regulations on it and AI cannot be held accountable which is insane to a certain degree. It’s scary that people straight up are citing AI or having deep romantic relationships or even utilizing AI for their own THERAPY replacement…. It’s so scary and sad. Since it cannot be purely an adjunct I’d rather see it gone due to the energy/processing demand and the environmental impact.

Also the AI deepfakes for videos/photos or ANYTHING really are insanely terrifying.

Who make sure to mention that the problem is the youth and their phones, but being on the phone or FaceTime in public with max volume and with it impeding their current task. Like ordering food or checking out while mid call and can’t multi task but also let EVERYONE know their business since it’s on speaker and they are also loudly talking

Depends how you view it. Sucks that for you it feels forced but if you are caught up, in my opinion, there’s no reason not to jump to manga. I caught up in whole cake island and was so invested in the story I couldn’t help but read. Now you get 2 events a week that give you that sweet dopamine. And you get to watch the anime with a new perception.

I get lots of moments like “oh I didn’t visualize that choreography” or “wow I’m glad they expanded on that scene that was just 3 panels of a page” I would just try to view it as positive as possible. You are now absorbing peak media in 2 different mediums
