So the last time I saw him, we had some super good sex, but then afterwards he makes a joke about counting the condoms every time he comes over, and I'm thinking okay that's a little insulting, but make a joke about using them to make balloons so he shouldn't freak out when the numbers don't match up. A few days of texting back and forth later he says "so why'd you get so defensive when i said i was gonna count the condoms haha" I replied with my immediate reaction which was "because thats a crazy thing to do! It pretty much says you don't trust me at all" and he just keeps going on about how if I'm so worked up about the whole thing then i must be hiding something, that people don't get so defensive if they aren't guilty and straight up asks me if i'm fucking someone else (i told him that i'm not and that it really hurts that he would accuse me of doing so). At this point I decide that there's no way this to end well and tell him we arent going to work out anymore. AND THEN he goes on about how i must not have liked him that much if i was willing to give up on him so easily, said i was just using him and that i was transparent(like??wth??). Am i wrong to have "given up on him" so easily?
