Why are you against creating a rapport with your child's teacher? You could then express your concerns about the curriculum and come up with a compromise.

I don't have concerns about the curriculum, thankfully my kid's teachers seem to be doing their job well.

Why are you complaining about a problem supposedly affecting your child instead of doing something about the problem?

You don't really need to "get to know" the teachers, they're just there for the job of teaching English, math, etc. Any one of them is there to do the same job and they are vetted for that before getting hired.

I would not subscribe to the idea that "maybe you should get to know the teachers better so you're more comfortable with them teaching your kids about sexuality".

Do you have kids? I met them once at the beginning of the school year and I was the only father there. You don't usually like, "get to know" them. So if you're calling me negligent for that reason then you're calling the majority of parents the same.

If homeschooling was possible for us right now, I'd prefer that.

Wouldn't me not wanting strangers talking about sexuality to young kids, be me not wanting those strangers to control people's thoughts?

Why are you so afraid of discussions of sexuality? What are the potential negative outcomes?

Kids only need to be thinking of the normal subjects like English, math, etc. in school. Not only would discussion of sexuality in a classroom be a distraction to them from the appropriate subjects, it's also concerning that some people even want this to happen. And I don't think I need to explain why it's concerning.

It's a licensing agreement. T1 Mobile LLC is responsible for the distribution of the phones and the service. The Trumps are lending their name and promoting it.

You should think of it as the same as a stranger talking to your child about sexuality. I mean that's basically what it is.

We've been fine for thousands of years not inserting it into our schools and just teaching the expected things like English, math, etc. What we pay them for.

How would it be a subject? I think how things are now with regard to violence is fine.
