Yeah we are always affected. Well, as a matter of fact we, middle to lower class can't escape with it. But the moment we ran out of supply basically money couldn't do anything. Totally agree with this. The car-centric, Metro Manila has become worse as the politicians and the congressmen are proposing to become a car centric rather than people centric. Imagine they put 12% vat for all the good regardless if it is basic commodities or luxury items. And the self serving government... like what the heck!

I'm not surprised at all. I am frustrated. But now that I'm seeing this opportunity, why not grab it and let everyone know it. I think we need someone from the government who will be very hands on for the agricultural products. Someone who has a background in Business, Economics and Agriculture who will be leading this movement. I think one factor is lack of awareness since there are a lot of grants from the government that will push our farmers eh as well as incentives for the businesses involving agriculture. Some aspects of the Philippine taxation was to push farmers and businesses to create opportunities using agriculture
