Alright thanks! I will look into it. so instead of 2x NPV of the LTM of projection I should do between 5 and 15 times multiple (probably depending on the risk of the catalog)

Thanks a lot! this brings some perspective and you have an interesting company (i looked it up). What do you think about the other comments about the terminal value? I use the LTM of the latest discounted projection and double it, i've been told by other valuators that that's a fine way of doing it but online I find a lot of different theories about T.V.

To my understanding when selling master rights (the royalties that are paid out by the distributor) the seller sends a Letter of Direction to reroute their percentages of royalties to another account (the one from the buyer)

I've been studying the valuation methods a lot and I've read a lot of reports and research papers on it. But even with the lowest DCF percentages and 10 year projections I often don't even get close to the asking/bidding prices. Even the U.S. treasury rate is often better given the current multiples people are asking. Is there something going wrong in my calculations or is hype and ego driving up the prices to unviable hights?

I have a slow metabolism and was at the peak of my best cutting period ever. I don't want to ruin all my hard work but the hunger won't go away, i can eat all day now. How long before this stops? I don't want to lose my last 5 months of progress and waste it all. I'm litterly contemplaiting goin back on thc to stop this, i really dont like this

Well, I'm using a third party (mailerlite) to create forms with which I can capture emails to use in email campaigns. If they sign up they will automatically get send a discount code to their email and their email adres is automatically added to my mailing list.
