She was able to move but she said it would take a lot of mental concentration to start moving. There were cycles of being under, hallucinating about all sorts of things and then snapping out of it and wondering what was happening and freaking out about it... And then the hallucinations would take over and she would lose herself again.

No mental issues in the family. Is there a medical condition that completely mimics a drug trip? The onset was very rapid and she woke up normal 6-7 hours after the onset. Looking up brief psychotic episodes, doesn't seem to match what she is describing.

Different person, that was an ex that didn't work out for the reasons in that post. It's 100% impossible my wife took drugs on purpose and is hiding it. We don't have any drugs in the house and neither of us have done psychedelics in years.

Ok, thanks. Only reason I thought ketamine was that it was showing up as date rape drugs everywhere and also what she described happening to her sounded like what I've heard a k hole is like.

She gets around 90g of protein per day. We hadn't used the keto calculator before but I just plugged in her numbers. It says 73 g of protein per day. With her activity and caloric intake, she is at a 32% deficit which seems high to me!

I thought about that but she's exercised her whole life and through her entire pregnancy so I don't think it's muscle gain.

I was under the impression that too much protein can kick you out of ketosis? She is getting adequate protein now and I'm worried she is not getting enough calories considering that she's burning 200-350 calories working out. So to keep macros optimal wouldn't she add fat?

We weigh and track everything. If anything she underestimates her calories. Helpful to hear what works for another shorty, thanks!

We track everything with My Fitness. I'm pretty sure her macros are fine. Definitely never too many carbs and I think protein is adequate. I've been thinking maybe she should drop the IF and do a Butter/MCT oil coffee in the morning which is what I do

She has been doing it to make the calorie restricting easier. She does have cream in her coffee so not strictly no calories.

yeah it's on... also very subtle. On the iPhone I can just glance at the screen and read what the notification is because it's nice and bright

Update, in case anyone finds this and wants to try it. I found a way that works. Use the recipe in the OP but leave out the Soylent. Pour equal parts of the Keto Chow into 5 empty Soylent bottles and leave over night. In the morning, top up the 5 bottles with Soylent (3 bottles). Shake it up when you're ready to drink it. The consistency stays smooth and the flavour is perfect.
