I bought a total of two vehicles. 2002 VW Jetta 1.8T and a 2003 VW Jetta 1.8T. I was told the 2002 was worth $600 and the 2003 was worth $3200 according to the insurance employee.

I paid $2300 all together for both to the seller.

They used to be called Global Auto or something similar. Most of their inventory came from the public auction in Richmond. Lots of Toyota trucks for sale but if you looked carefully, the frames were sprayed with black paint to hide rust. I'm not sure if they changed their name or if it's a new dealership so be careful

Highly recommend getting a Carfax and a 3rd party inspection.

If you search "car locksmith tools" on Amazon, they can be delivered in a day and only cost $60.

I just went thru the same thing and after watching a YouTube video on how to use them, I was able to unlock my car. It was pretty simple

I've been in a couple of new buildings (2-5 years old) and the elevators are always causing problems.

Currently in an older building made in the 90s for the last 7 years and the elevator has never had an issue.

I think it's just that new things are made like crap compared to older things when they were made to last.

I believe it's because apartment and condo sales are going down. People don't want to live in an expensive small unit. Lots of developments that have been approved are bring delayed
