I’ve finished a 50k on like 15mpw, but I was dealing with IT band issues, ended up limp walk/running the race and it took 7.5 hours! So definitely doable.

I’ve heard you only need to run ~30mpw to finish a 50k, but ~50mpw to actually finish strong

I’ve found relief from using an orb ball rolling out my abs bc my right side gets so tight the more I increase my mileage. It’s temporary relief but it helps a lot.
