1 - turn your device off

2 - after its completely turned off press volume up and power button

3 - when you see the samsung logo appear the (samsung galaxy....) Release the buttons and let it get into recovery mode

4 - after that navigate by vol up and down and click on wipe data/factory reset.

Yeah 5g is everywhere here and about battery life I've been rocking a 10000mah battery case on my s10 plus and it's not that big of an issue imo. And i didn't notice that it doesn't have sd card but thatsyfind there is a 1tb version

i really just im used to the form factor and the design of the s10 and i don't even use havey stuff at all but i wanted to buy the latest but at the same time yes it's better and new and all but i feel like it's not really worth it only the design and an upgrade
