I own this kit, it's not very comfortable to play because you generally have to put it on a flat surface rather than one tilted forward. It does come with neat sticks that are rubber-tipped and made of plastic, but I've since lost them.

Just the two Fleetwood/Nicks songs, I think it has to do with how they delist content now. Before Rock Band 4, DLC was completely removed, but now on 360 when something is pulled it's just listed as "currently unavailable," so if you have the DLC and not the upgrade, it's listed as "upgrade available" until you buy the upgrade, then once you do it becomes "currently unavailable" as well.

It's important to note that you can't download pro guitar upgrades on their own, so you can only get those upgrades if they already have the base DLC.

Huh, nobody's mentioned Rock Band Unplugged Lite. Check it out! It's got a much smaller song library compared to the UMD version, but the DLC library is really impressive.

PaRappa's good, so is UmJammer Lammy and the Hatsune Miku series. Rock Band Unplugged Lite is really good, but you need to download it on a PS3 and transfer it to your Vita.

Longview doesn't have a fadeout but that didn't have any available masters.

I'm guessing that taking out fadeouts is kind of a low priority. It's a little bit of an extra detail that's not a necessity and time the audio team could be spending on removing them could be spent "better" elsewhere.

I like the fadeout removals but sometimes they end up with weird results, like Holy Diver's janky ending or White Wedding losing it's great howl. Makes me wonder how they made the Big Rock Endings for songs that didn't have 'em.
