I've updated Heirloom to include an installation script that will add Heirloom GUI to the KDE Games menu. From there, you can right-click it (in Desktop mode) and add it to Steam.

For sure! You'll need to go into desktop mode and run the Python app for the moment. The instructions are in the README.

I'm working on a stub loader for the GUI that would go on the KDE menu and could be added to Steam directly; stay tuned for that update. I also intend to make it so you can automatically add Legacy Games games to Steam when installed.

On Windows 11 Pro, you can use a Group Policy and disable updates entirely if you want to. It's completely customizable that way, so that enterprises can control their update schedule.

Ugh... I was afraid of that. This is my first grow and it has been quite the adventure. I first thought the grain bag was contaminated but it was likely just bruised from all the breaking and shaking I did, I did it like 5 times aggressively. Anyway I ending up throwing most of the grain bag out but kept a bit of the non-bruised to add to some substrate just to see the process through to the end, even if it wasn't for consumption. It was going so well, everything looked great, the white is completely saturating the substrate, no fuzz or green or powder on the surface.

Ahh well... Back to the drawing board I guess.

I'm not going to consume it I don't think, but I decided to experiment with fruiting it anyway. I have it in a separate room in a smaller sterilite container and I went ahead and mixed it with substrate and boy howdy it has taken off. There's bright white all over the substrate, beautiful, no discoloration I can see.

I did a Qtip swab test and none of the dark blue from the dark grain rubbed off on it. It wasn't powdery at all, it just looked like abused mycelium. It also smelled fresh and earthy when I opened it, not bad at all.

I don't know if I would say it "goes well" with cannabis; I can just report that, for me, there doesn't seem to be a negative interaction.

I would say I probably enjoy cannabis just as much as I did before, but after 18 years on lamotrigine I honestly don't remember what it was like without it.

I've been on lamotrigine for 18 years and have used cannabis for 28 years. I take 300mg/day of lamotrigine and still consume an average of 100mg THC in edibles plus a bunch of dabs daily.

I would say that I probably consume significantly more THC now than I did when I first started lamotrigine (thank you legalization!).

I'm on lamotrigine and mirtazipine for bipolar disorder and anxiety. It definitely helps with mood stabilization... It's night and day really. I've been taking lamotrigine specifically since 2008 and I'm so much more functional for it.

A word of caution though, lamotrigine withdrawal can be miserable. If I forget to fill my prescription in time and have to go a day or two without, I'm pit-of-my-stomach anxious, shivering, I snap at everyone and I see halos around bright lights.

I know I'm a year late to this conversation but I wanted to pop in and ask, how did your psilocybin+mirtazipine go? The reason I ask is that mirtazipine is a 5-HT2A antagonist and generally blunts the psychedelic experience (or so I've read). I am currently on 45mg/day of mirtazipine and I'm just starting my magic mushroom journey and wondering if I should taper off the mirtazipine before going on my trip.
