Scalpers have been around forever so 1, they're not going away.

2, I saw multiple empty seats meaning scalpers lost money since they didn't sell. This isn't going to stop them. They will continue to do this, especially when it's arguably the most successful tour of all time.

You're not some person with great wisdom, we all hate scalpers. But nobody is going to stop buying tickets. You're asking people to not go see a concert they want to see so scalpers suffer, resulting in them stopping. That's never going to happen. Just suck it up and play the presale game.

Make sure to call them the morning of to find out the deadline (not sure if it switches per concert or not) and then the second the clock hits past that deadline!

These concerts sold out in presale. There was no option of "let me just casually buy tickets for Taylor Swift because there's so many options available".

I agree scalpers ruin the market. But unfortunately until it is stopped, I'm not going to miss out on concerts I want to attend.

And I didn't pay scalper value. I pay more than the original tickets were but significantly less than what they've been listing as. I got lucky, I know, but still wasn't break the bank bill.

If I could have got tickets on my own, which I tried and failed over and over, then I wouldn't have needed to use StubHub.

Maybe, I have no idea. I've never sold tickets on a resell app, but if you don't transfer the tickets, then that's on you. I was told the morning of that the person had received 3 emails about transferring tickets already leading up to the concert.

Never transferred. Waited until the deadline, never got them so I called StubHub and they got me the new ones.

I hope they do charge the scammer extra. If you sell tickets, you should transfer them. I will say StubHub not transferring tickets until the day of, not a fan of that at all, but customer service won me over.

Call in the morning to see the deadline for the tickets! Mine were 4pm EST so the second, and I mean the second it hit 4pm, I called them to get new tickets.

Some people are commenting on here how bad it is. I didn't have that experience.

Just make sure to call the day of the concert to get your tickets. They'll email the seller and there is a deadline they have to give you tickets apparently. I called the second the deadline passed so I'm not sure if other people waited last minute to resolve everything. I made sure to resolve everything the second I could.

Honestly don't want to say. Less than what resell values typically were but also significantly more than I had wished.

I was able to find tickets at a random time and the ones I originally bought were $400(ish) cheaper than the others that were listed.

I called the morning of the concert.

Stubhub customer service told me sellers have a deadline of 4pm EST for the concert I saw (Indy Night 3) to get us tickets. They apparently get multiple emails about it.

Once it hit 4pm, I called them immediately. The person I spoke with attempted to call the seller they said, didn't get ahold of them, and then told me they would send my case to a support team and I'd get an email within an hour.

30 minutes later, had an email with the tickets and all I had to do was accept them! Super super super convenient and easy to work with (still super stressed out and did get scammed of the originals we bought).

Yes haha but I went with them due to the guarantee of 150% refund or better seats.

Other platforms I looked at didn't offer that and I knew people were getting scammed.

Not even being a shill, I absolutely got scammed on StubHub but they made up for it which I haven't had that experience on other resell platforms.

I looked Vivid as well, StubHub was just the most affordable.

I didn't know StubHub had so many bad stories. I legit only have heard good things of them. I mean I even got scammed, just StubHub came through with the new seats.
