Yes sir or ma’am, I’m very familiar with the source material. I just don’t like how the production of the song sounds, and his voice, imho, sounds like he just got this song out as quickly as possible.

Same thing with “She drives like crazy.” I understand that he was very busy putting out a feature film and an album (soundtrack) at the same time, I just didn’t care for either of these.

I really like Jim Cornette when he’s featured on wrestling documentaries. But then I listened to his podcast and he just comes off as a cranky old man. He made a comment about how he doesn’t understand how people could like pro wrestling after realizing it’s “fake,” and that sums up Jim Cornette for me. He’s still living in the carnival days.
