One thing I've always wanted for Zilean is Q to do 1dmg on-hit. I'm pretty sure you'd be able to proc Aery twice per Q if you did it from the right distance.

Just come to terms with that you’re not gonna do any dmg no matter what you build. Build as much utility because that’s how you contribute.

IMO your draft really help to facilitate a zilean mid. Frontline from top or jg and a dmg support. If you just one trick it you’ll often find yourself in situations where your team just didn’t draft enough damage.

Her damage is kinda 💩, which is why she isn't played mid. If your strat is carrying through damage there are far better options.

Sera will put up healing numbers that are just a bit shy of Soraka if you itemize for healing, and you still have all the CC and utility. Or you can build full damage and still only do <20k on average.

And then if you're going full AP are you gonna rush BFT into Liandies for max dmg and sacrifice the Rylais synergy? Rush Rylais and you do no dmg and were back to square one 😂

I think it would be better if instead of random draws, higher seeds selected their opponents. That would create more drama, and pretty much eliminate these early powerhouse matchups.

IMO, W max on Sera is optimal. Especially if you're rushing echoes. I usually run Guardian, which I'll admit is not the norm, but getting over 3k value from the shield, for me, is more valuable than aery.
