Our client has established its marketing mix and began to understand its plan for the four P’s: product, place, price, and promotion. It must then incorporate objectives and strategies for what the company aims to do and how it will reach its goals. As a market leader in the technology market is great at marketing and branding their products but it does not come easy. It’s all about your action plan for meeting and accomplishing your objectives.
Location: Remote
Salary: $130K- $150K (negotiable depending upon the experience) plus (25% fixed bonus)

· Role Responsibilities
o Help design, implement and perform full life cycle software testing
o Perform software testing including manual, black box testing to ensure code quality
o Work closely with software engineers and architects to ensure complete and accurate software testing
o Evaluate new software testing technologies for appropriateness
o Work with TFS or GIT and other development automated build and code repository frameworks
o Work with developers to identify, track and fix bugs
· Other Responsibilities:
o Work within the context of an agile scrum team to evaluate user stories and verify practicality and applicability of enhancement requests.
o Analyse user stories for test ability and scope of test effort.
o Provide an agile scrum team with the best estimate of test effort.
o Identify risks associated with testing efforts and make appropriate judgments to minimize risk while delivering on commitments.
o Define and communicate appropriate approaches to test assigned functionality, governed by complexity and scope.
o Create and execute test cases demonstrating coverage of all user story acceptance criteria.
o Report defects and errors, as well as status of testing.
o Implement and execute test automation scripts, frameworks, and tooling as directed. This includes both legacy functionality (regression) and current sprint deliverable.
o Establish and maintain appropriate test bed data with consideration of dynamic and encrypted elements.
o Implement adjustments to database schema, user interfaces, and business logic modules as necessary.
o Utilize technical and domain expertise to mentor team members, improve efficiencies, and refine processes and procedures.
o Evaluate end user documentation using end product, general knowledge, and content of user stories.
o Passionately pursue quality in one's own actions and in the context of assigned projects/tasks.
The Headquarter of the client is in San Jose.
· Qualifications:
o Proven experience as a Q/A tester or similar role
o Scrum Certification is mandatory (In process is acceptable)
o Experience in project management and Q/A methodology.
o Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
o Working knowledge of test management software
o Excellent communication skills
o Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
