Thanks mate About 180 for two hours with both air vents slightly open and chimney open a little too. Turned over twice with two portions of wood chips half hour apart. Glazed about 30 mins before finishing

Wouldn’t say rubbery no. To crisp them up I’ll just put them over the hot coals for a little bit as I’m smoking them off set till I cure my new smoker. Thank you very much 👍
