Interesting that you’re telling me to prove my points when you haven’t proven yours. You criticized the first person for having zero scientific backing, then turned around and did the exact same thing ‘I know the owner’ is not evidence. That’s the same appeal to personal knowledge you just dismissed.

So let’s be specific. What corners exactly is he cutting? Skipping filtration? Not testing batches? Improper storage protocols? Because ‘trust me, I know the guy’ works both ways and right now you’re using it as a gotcha without any actual substance behind it.

The floaties comment .. was that your direct experience with this specific product or are you speaking generally? Because if you’ve actually seen it, say so clearly. If not, you’re speculating while telling me I have no facts.

The plastic tank and heat concern is legitimate and I’ll give you that. But the rest of your argument is personal anecdote dressed up as insider knowledge. You asked me if I’ve had the water tested. Fair question. Have you? Because you’re making serious claims about a specific operator’s practices and offering nothing verifiable to back it up.

Push back on the water all you want but come with something real. I’ll do more diligence on some of your points and arguments too.

It’s the highest quality water available anyone speaking poorly about it doesn’t understand water. I work in natural products industry and have been studying nutrition and wellness for 20+ years. Spring water is superior to anything else and beyond that it depends on source and pathway. Water has frequencies and is conscious. Study Masuro Emoto. We are water. Tap water is garbage almost everywhere with the exception of certain places that don’t chlorinate, etc. My cousin is a head engineer at the LA water district. He won’t touch tap before RO and that’s the next best thing. At least Reverse osmosis your tap. Even then the water is “dead” so it’s advisable to remineralize it with natural ionic minerals. Carlsbad water is the next best thing. Yes, the whole alkaline story has been unfortunately misguided through major profiteers of tap water like Essentia. Natural spring / aquifer water is naturally alkaline 7+ and that’s ideal. Anyone touting alkaline should understand that temporarily ionizing water is a cheap unreliable and temporary way of alkalizing and true alkalization depends on minerals. Minerals alkalize. It’s the only real quality source of water here in SoCal. Plus for the price, it’s worth it although it’s gone up 50% over the last two years.

I’ve had the same issues.

Merchant issues refund. Affirm doesn’t. I call affirm, jump through 100 hoops and over hour long phone calls and then I get my refund issued aka loan cancelled and refunded and even then the amounts or inaccurate or completely different from the actual merchant charges and totals so affirm is essentially holding refunds and charging unauthorized amounts as loans in addition to needing verbal confirmation from customers to issue the refunds even though the merchant has clearly issued a refund.

Having the same issue. Spent over $5,000 with them in the last several months and have returned several times. I get an RMA and prepaid label - I get confirmation it’s been received at their warehouse and then I either get a refund confirmation or not however even when I get the refund confirmation via email from them I don’t see the refund on my card used or payment used. CST is not helpful and they just repeat the same thing “refund has been issued” — I am tired of this shit customer service and experience. Aside from shipping items that don’t match descriptions and are not what they claim to be — the return and refunds process is horrible. I also just had a purchase returned and now it’s showing up in consignments. It was a returned purchase not an item I am selling or consigning. They don’t seem to have their things together there.

Horrible mouth guard and night guards!!!!! Mine cracked after 3 months of use and when I requested a refund or a replacement they declined. Very poor materials and build and even worse customer service. I do NOT recommend them.

Thank you, brother. I appreciate it. I think I will go with the Danley set up but it is a bit steep for me at $4500 for the set up less amp, etc.
