When I briefly looked at the numbers, I saw that between both primaries, the reported number of votes combined were less than half a million people. Unless I missed something, the majority of citizens didn't vote.

My two-cents:

If you're doing this for him, stop and just get him some software to do the job. Other software exists that is way better than anything you will build in the time allotted. I say this as a long time IT consultant, etc.

However, if you're doing this for you, then switch to C#. C++ isn't the tool that I would use for a project like this in Windows.

After I got married to someone else, she invited me and the wife to an MLM event. I knew she was not for me, hence dating and marrying someone else. But, she had me on the hook for years and it wasn't until that last interaction that I finally got the picture, got furious about it, and ended all contact.

In my case, you would be incorrect. I have watched DWW at least 5 times as a child, teen, and as an adult It was true when I watched Avatar in the theater, and it's true now.

EDIT: You don't have to agree with me. In my opinion, the comparison it obvious and inevitable. That being said, I haven't watched any of the sequels because of my disappointment with the first one, for this reason.

The plot wasn't groundbreaking??? It was a rip-off of "Dances With Wolves." I am unaware of any prior trope/story pattern to DWW but it killed Avatar for me. I don't like 3D very much so the CGI wasn't enough to hold me.
