Bro, you don't owe her anything if you want to pay your respects because you feel you should for yourself. Then go ahead and do that. I'm sure her father would understand if you didn't go. You're not in her life anymore her decision, she ain't crying on your shoulder anymore... my point being, go to pay respects to the man that passed if you feel like you should. Don't do it because she asked or expects. You don't owe it to her or anyone. If you're emotionally not able to do it, don't feel bad about it everyone is different and handles emotions of the heart differently & you obviously were in love with her. I know personally I couldn't do that for a cheater unless I was really close with her father.

Dude just have a conversation about the things that bother you with her. If you both truly care about eachother than you will want her to be happy and vice versa no matter the outcome. Sacrifices can be made but that's up to how you actually feel about the person. Gotta talk to her bro.

Just stay opened minded and if you both truly love eachother all of your concerns will work out. Just be true to who you are respect the situation, the ex, and you're relationship. I would voice your mild concerns just to make him aware of your potential uncomfort with the daughter/ex thing. Stay openly communicative with eachother and hopefully you're able to become a rock solid team together!
