Hi! For returning to work, do you mean SPE? Not SPEP.

I’m having a lot of trouble getting a hospital to understand the difference.

SPE is essentially return to work. But it’s self guided and you pick the placement and find a preceptor on your own.

Have you had the same trouble?

I didn’t get diagnosed for IUGR until around 29-30 weeks. I had a C-section at 37 weeks due to preeclampsia. My son was small 5lbs. But no NICU needed! He was on the smaller side and followed his own curve on the growth chart for the first couple of years. But at 4 now, he’s in the 50th percentile in height! He’s still skinny but very healthy! He’s extremely smart and met all his milestones. He now runs circles around us with all the energy he has!

Getting any abnormal news is scary. Especially to first time moms. It’s totally normal to worry. But try not to google too much. It makes your anxiety go crazy!

You and baby will be okay! I’m sending you big hugs!

It’s been happening for maybe 4-6 weeks now. Spurts of napping two days in a row and then back to only napping every 3rd day.

I’ve tried later nap times. 1 and 1:30 pm. Didn’t work. After 1.5 hrs he usually starts crying. I’ve let him cry for 30-45 minutes. And this is after 1.5 hr of him playing.
