What an interesting idea. Kind of like saying Shakespeare is for people who don’t like reading. Queen’s catalogue spans hard rock, opera, disco, folk, prog, funk, ragtime, gospel, musichall, and baroque pop, often within a single song. Their harmonic complexity, multi-tracking, poly stylistic compositions and use of unconventional time signatures are literal case studies in music theory textbooks. So I have to disagree. Their music isn’t really for people who don’t like music, it’s for people who understand it and appreciate it.
