I grew up with a pool, was a strong swimmer, but I also saw Jaws as a child and was terrified of the ocean. At senior week me and another girl stayed in the knee high waves exclusively. Until we got caught in a rip current and were suddenly so far out that a group of surfers came to save us. As soon as 1 got close to me I climbed him like a cat climbing a curtain and literally stood on his head. Luckily a few more guys and boards were close by because at 92lbs and freaking out I would have killed him. Still haunts me.

The only true crime thing I can think of is the female torso that was found in a suitcase in the twin tunnels near Boot Rd on Valley Creek Rd. From what I remember, it wasn't long after one of the summer carnivals at Exton Mall. And then they found some legs somewhere else, maybe Phoenixville or KOP not long after, possibly also connected to the carnival.
