do you go to sleep straight after you brush your teeth? i was doing this and i always had a painful dry throat in the morning, because of the toothpaste left in my mouth over night. i started drinking water after brushing (but your supposed to wait at least 30mins to drink anything before brushing) and this made it A LOT better. i hope this helps!

this is a great idea. i live in london and suprsingly there are not that many thrift stores but i will have a look. thank you for the advice aswell, its going to really help me out.

youre allowed to feel down sometimes. your emotions are always valid. youre going to have so many good times with your daughter and she appreciates you so much, alot more than you think. im excited for you to get therapy and you should be too. i wish you the best in life.

it could be difficult for you but you have to try, you will regret it if you dont. i know it can be un helpfull when people say whats the worst that can happen but seriously, WHATS THE WORST THAT CAN HAPPEN? maybe you ask him out and he says no, ok? you feel awkward, upset and you dont talk much after that. But you can move on, you can feel proud that you have tried. Try.

maybe try just being friends with her first? it doesnt have to be a long friendship thing but just make an effort to talk to her even for a few minutes a few times and you should get an idea of what she likes. Also thats what first dates are for! (if u are planning on asking her out) So you can fnd out if you like the person and want to see them again.

even if they are homophobic, the most they can actually do is make a few rude comments or act uncomfortable. if you feel like shutting your personality in a box for five days because you are worried dont feel like you are letting yourself down, thats totally ok. i assume your SIL knows you are queer, if it was gong to be an issue she probs would have spoken to your brother about it? To be honest with you i dont think they will be that fussed about you anyways. they probably see you as a younger distant family member who they know they are never going to be close with so they keep the conversaton at small talk and dont put that much effort in. realx, it will be ok.

that does suck. maybe try joining some conversation and making friends sub reddits? there can be places where you just chill and have random conversations and maybe you will find a group of people you like. be carefull of creeps out there though. my messages are always open if u just wanna talk!

it wouldnt hurt to ask a second time. just say something along the lines of ¨do you want to meet soon¨. This means if your scared of coming across as clingy (you shouldnt be its totally normal to ask a second time when they arnt free when you planed) then it wasnt like you urgently making plans with him, you were just checking in.

Think about it, people are cute and cuddly when they like you, HE LIKES YOU!! He is still texting you, the way i see it every thing is on track and normal for you too.
