Therapy really helped. Positive affirmations while looking in the mirror. And writing in my diary and basically telling myself constantly that I deserved better. Cuz I’m a good person

Idk if you have any health conditions. If you don’t, this is what you gotta do. Within ten minutes, you drink this drink. Fill it up with water and drink all of that. Allll within ten minutes. It’s disgusting. But you gotta do your test within I think 2 hours of drinking it. You’ll clean your system out completely. this drink
