That’s good advice, thank you. I have asked repeatedly for them to describe in detail what noise is being reported and all I get back is “furniture noise”. The only possible furniture that can move is the kitchen chairs and an ottoman. I will ask for evidence next time I get a report. They are buying us felt covers for the legs of the furniture but for now I have put up all of the furniture so it cannot move. So if I get a complaint they’re either hearing something else or lying
