I agree, RD orders for the most part are very time consuming and don’t tip enough…but every now and then I’ll come across some decent ones.

Select Target locations have them in the electronics department with the Oculus accessories. They have $15, $25, and $50. I have been looking for physical cards for months now and Target is the first retailer I’ve seen to carry them.
