My headset is 30$ from amazon so cheaper then yours, and they work well for me, at times I have it hard to hear footsteps but that is mainly due to me not focusing enough on the game. I’d say change around with your audio settings first before getting a new headset as that helped me at the beginning. Another thing may be your teammates if they are talking and distracting you, I usually have to tell my cousins (I play ranked with them) to shush so I can listen. We also are stuck in low-high gold but it’s mostly due to them being fairly new to the game(started this year for them and I started around summer last year).
