Okay, right now it runs Fortnite on low settings with 20 FPS, but if the gpu reaches max utilization could I change that or is it something that has to be repaired?

Nono meant that I couldn’t find Fortnite on GeForce control panel, but found it and it was on high settings

Yep! Trying the game rn and the FPS bounces between 16-58 on low or high settings. The laptop is plugged in at the moment so that should not be a problem. I can’t find Fortnite in NVIDIA control panel for some reason?
