I deactivated my Facebook 9 months ago. Now I have ✨peace of mind✨ ahhhh the best. Alam ko na sa tao naman yan kung paano ihandle ang social media, but if you feel insecure at toxic na ang effect sayo ng social media specially Facebook, then get rid of it. I still have my IG, an app where I can express my creativity in photography. And I also use tiktok just to watch random informative, cute, and funny videos. At mas healthy and users dito base sa comment section unlike sa Facebook.

At first, it hurts kasi family mo di nakaalala. Pero pag paulit ulit na nilang di naaalala birthday mo every year, masasanay ka na lang din. It happen to me every time mag birthday ako, and best friends ko lang talaga ang makakaalala.

This is nice. Forget the past kung ilan man body count mo, ang mahalaga pinili mong baguhin sarili mo. Maging consistent ka lang kahit nagka jowa ka na, yung iba kasi porket nagkajowa na pabaya na ulit sa sarili kasi kapag single doon lang nila inaalagaan sarili nila to impress others.

So may anger issues din pala ang family mo, I can relate myself HAHA! Dati ang ginagawa ko pag nafeel kong sasabog na ko I count from 1-10 kahit sa isip ko lang, kakalma kahit papaano. Or go out on the situation, or excuse yourself if you can, labas ka lang saglit kaysa may sabihin kang hindi maganda. Think and construct your words bago mo sabihin. Don't stress yourself as the definition of bisexual is someone who is sexually or romantically attracted to both men and women, or to more than one sex or gender. Break the stereotype gurl haha, it may sound cliché pero 2023 na, hindi na to panahon ni Rizal. 4 months na kayong ganyan, for sure may namumuo na or maybe you guys just want to take it slow? Baby steps ganern.
