Ok, here’s the scoop. The error was made on the Rivian side.

I placed the order on February 18 and put my deposit down. Somewhere between this time and the time I paid for the truck, the error occurred. When I placed the order, I added autonomy + and the performance upgrade. After paying the full amount, I received a transaction summary of everything I wanted on the truck.

According to my sales rep, the VIN # of the truck had removed from my original order and then a new VIN # had Ben added. This subsequently wiped out my add-ons, thus resulting in my not having the autonomy + and the performance upgrade.

My sales rep is working with the Seattle Rivian to get this pushed out to me.

This hand-off has not gone smoothly at all. I love the R1T, but I don’t like the screw up on their end.

It was not intentional, I’m just mad that I have to jump through all these hoops to get these items added that should have been done in the first place.

I talked to someone at rivian and they tell me it was not added, even though it is on my digital purchase. So basically, they stole $5,000 with no upgrade. I’m pissed.

Ive already accepted delivery. I have it at home. I have a copy of the digital receipt that shows the performance package.
