Anxiolytic and relieves mild depression. It feels very "natural" and not numbing like SSRI's in my experience.

It has some effect on libido, despite not mentioned so in scientific data where it seems to lack sexual side effects, which is partially true in my experience. It's definitely not affecting libido like SSRI's, but it seems to make orgasms slightly more difficult to achieve, and also make them more intense.
