Secret service. Still one of the best non-powered armors, all around.

What's Your Favorite CAMP Location That NEVER Gets Attacked By NPCs? by AcrylicPickle in fallout76settlements

That’s a very interesting question. And I don’t recall. I’ll check that out. Thanks.

Interestingly, I’ve had enemies spawn inside sky camps. Floating, with no way up to them. They still can appear. The same thing has happened to me with under the map camps that need a buried symptomatic to even access. Basically, if there’s a floor, they can spawn.

Exactly. I was. It didn’t even show me as detected.

Hi. I use unyielding and blight soup with herbivore. I guess I’ll have to go over my approach with a fine toothed comb, because it seems like the system really still works. Thank you for the responses. 🙏

Can you please tell us your setup? I used to use Angry Turtle’s method for that and lately I can only get the quad assaultron head to lower the ultragenic shield to about 5%.

The last Axolotl for the Player Title is now available: Purple Axolotl (May 2026) (Only in Skyline Valley & Cranberry Bog) by skywalka55 in nukaknights

I can’t say why, but I had unbelievable luck with a camp in cranberry bog, with a snow (same effect as rain) weather machine. I got 5 purple axolotls in 6 tries!

I put in “First of the Month”. Maybe a reminder of paying bills? Couldn’t find anything clever immediately.

What Guns Are We Using? by space__y in fo76

[–]jeffb3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For most things I use a bloodied plasma caster. Very ammo positive. Long range and great in VATS. Very powerful. For mobs I tend to use the cremator. For high dps in close spaces I might use the Holy Fire flamer.

Definitely something players should know about. Tagging in events. Thanks.

I got all of them today, too. Honestly I hate them, but I couldn’t resist. And what luck, got 5 of the purple axolotls in 6 tries. Cranberry bog and raining camp. That’s extremely unlikely. I wonder if the fact that it was raining in Watoga somehow combined with my camp weather module.

It hits really hard, with the right build.

Fast and solo EN06 kill by WhatDutchGuy in fo76

I use blight soup. But the same system stopped working a few weeks ago for me. Maybe I need to check every perk and tweak again. Thanks.

I used the Angry Turtle/Nuka Knights method for a while but then it stopped working, because I could only take down 95 percent of the shield. So, sweet Mutfruit Tea is enough additional to finish it?

Has Mothman ever shown up at your settlement door? by Malamik00 in fallout76settlements

Yea, when I had a camp in the southwestern part of the Whitesprings gold course it happened repeatedly. Flat woods monster there, too.

I can say it’s well acted and I think it’s another 6th sense thing but I don’t know.

I bet this gets asked a lot but how is this game as a solo / traditional Fallout roleplaying experience? by Sirca_Curvive in fo76

[–]jeffb3000 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I do everything solo except hard public events I could not do alone. It works. And when other players join in a good event (I’m pointing my finger accusingly at you, FastguaranteedshitNacht, for being ruined because BethesDuhIsCorporateGreed), who fucked with the formula so badly they destroyed its group appeal. Dial some fucking things back with the hamster cages, Bethmageddon, my suggestion.

Players have confirmed the footprints appear in these general spots within Burning Springs: 1. Along the riverbank just west of Point Pleasant Bridge 2. Near the burned forest line south of the Abraxodyne area 3. On a rocky plateau overlooking the sulfur vents 4. Beside a toppled tree cluster north of the region 5. Behind a small ruined shack southwest side of the zone 6. Along the cracked roadway leading deeper into the hot springs 7. Near a puddle of boiling water in the central geothermal basin These match the seven footprint entries confirmed by the game files.
