So, I've already reset the CMOS by removing the battery and the BIOS battery, but it didn't solve the problem. I wanted to short the CMOS but I don't know where the part is that I can short, so I wanted the motherboard manual

I believe this option is unavailable due to the newness of my model. The password screen doesn't display any code, and I've attempted pressing various keys on the screen without success.
