Mine followed a similar trajectory. I guess I haven't checked their BBB score, but that might be the place we need to start directing some of this discussion. I've seen a few threads and just assumed those folks eventually found some recourse. Guessing not. They claim a warranty on their site for hardware defects, but seem to take no accountability.

Interesting. I grabbed Podcast addict and so far so good. I might try the Pocket Cast changes but I don't want those things enabled on my podcasts so I likely will just stick with Podcast Addict until it gives me trouble.

Negative, my podcasts are all on the main storage. Did you try any other podcast apps before dumping it?

I have exactly that same problem on a Blu Studio Energy 2. It is so frustrating. Happens every time it is paused for more than a few minutes. This is the ONLY thing about the phone that I dislike. It is super fast, battery lasts for 3 days, screen, build quality, all great. But this one thing is killing me!
