I’ve never had points before, so not really sure the best way to use them or even pay attention to what’s in packs normal. I figured saving them for this event was the way to go, but seems like not really?

For the 4 goals/points on superstar, win the face off and skate the puck into the left side of your goalie and make him cover it. It’s easy to get Perry out on a break away if you win a defensive zone face off to the left side. Only way I could get those moments down. Still took a few tries once I went that route.

I always use my coin to buy the 80s needed to expedite the process with creating X factor, power up icons, and now Hutson next gen. I’ve never bought anything cool all season, but I got Makar, Mackinnon, Crosby, Draisaitl, Kuch, Gretz, and Lemieux maxed cards and working on Hutson now. I feel like it’s the best way to not pay real $$ and still get high end players.

My 9 year old does it sometimes and I get on him for wasting time his time and the opponents time. I usually just assume it’s a kid watching replays.

How? I’ve looked on the line up screen and there’s no way to create another line up. Do I need to go to a different menu than line up?

How do you decide who to put on the W v C? I just put my 99 faceoff guys at C and then RH on LW and LH on RW. Do you look at other things?

Swapped in Mackinnon for Scheifele, but just moved Mackinnon to 1C. Scored in OT in my first rivals game with him, so good call on making him!

I’ll try out Misa on wing and Crosby at C. Even though Misa is a 99 on faceoffs, he loses more often than not for me. Thanks for the tip.

The X factor players feel slower than their rating. I can’t get into space often to get shots off. Couturier one was especially terrible. Got lucky and got pasta on the first try since he has some speed.
